6. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for both operational and business development activities. Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures while maximizing ROI.

7. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for both operational and business development activities. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
