Role and Responsibilities:

 

  • Reaching out to existing and potential customers primarily through WhatsApp messaging.
  • Engaging in persuasive conversations to promote our products and services effectively.
  • Showcasing a deep understanding of our product offerings and their benefits to tailor your approach for each customer.
  • Building and nurturing long-lasting relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
  • Achieving and exceeding set sales targets by employing your sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Providing timely and accurate information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions.
  • Keeping up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with European clients.
  • Exceptional persuasive and communication skills, enabling you to convince customers via phone and messages.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service, particularly in an online or remote setting.
  • Adeptness at building rapport and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections from customers.
  • Familiarity with mobile phones and their features, as well as the ability to explain these to potential buyers.
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in the electronics or mobile phone industry is a plus.
