The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and active listening skills, along with a strong ability to persuade potential customers. With a minimum of one year of experience in sales or customer service, this position requires a deep understanding of our product offerings and the ability to utilize CRM software effectively. As the role does not involve managing a team, the focus is on individual performance and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities

Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide them with tailored product solutions that meet those needs.
Utilize strong persuasive skills to convert potential customers into loyal buyers, ensuring a clear understanding of product benefits.
Leverage product knowledge to explain features, advantages, and benefits of products to customers.
Maintain up-to-date information in CRM software to track interactions and follow up with leads, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity, ensuring all questions are answered effectively.
Assist customers during the purchasing process, providing guidance and support to enhance their shopping experience.
Collect customer feedback to identify service improvement areas and relay relevant information to management.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets, keeping motivated and driven by goals and achievements.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies for improving customer engagement.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques, keeping up with industry trends.
