We are a dynamic real estate agency seeking a dedicated personal assistant for our team. This remote position is ideal for an organized, communicative, and real estate-enthusiast individual. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks that support our property listings and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Posting Information: Create and update listings of available properties on various online platforms.
- Availability Check: Regularly check the availability of listed properties and ensure all information is current.
- Photo Management: Coordinate and manage property photos, ensuring high-quality images are available for listings.
- Client Assistance: Assist clients via phone or email, providing information about properties and responding to inquiries.
- Communication: Maintain contact with potential partners and clients, fostering positive relationships and promptly meeting their needs.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to use online platforms and tools for posting real estate listings.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in real estate or customer service is a plus.
