The Executive in HR Shared Services plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective delivery of human resources services throughout the Alkaram Group. This position focuses on managing key HR processes and fostering compliance with organizational policies. The Executive will engage directly with internal stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service and streamline HR operations. Although this role does not involve managing a team, the Executive is responsible for collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless HR experience for all employees. Significant experience in the manufacturing sector is highly preferred, accentuating the need for familiarity with industry-specific HR practices and challenges. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of HR services within the company.
Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the overall delivery of HR services to all internal stakeholders, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
  • Manage and oversee critical HR processes, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing accurate information and support to employees and management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws to ensure organizational compliance and implement necessary updates.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Support training initiatives by coordinating logistics and assisting in identifying training needs within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify HR needs and ensure the alignment of HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accurate records and timely updates to information as required.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects within the HR function, contributing innovative ideas to enhance service efficiency and employee satisfaction.
