The Manufacturing Industry based in Karachi is looking for an Accounts Executive to ensure the smooth operation of our office and support our team. This position requires a high degree of analytical thinking, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Publish financial statements in time
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
Fluent English is a must
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task along with knowledge of accounting & MS Office to generate Excel worksheets and Documents.
