We are looking for a highly skilled Instrument Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the design, reading drawings, installation, erection, calibration, testing, Commissioning and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems. This role involves ensuring the proper functioning of instrumentation and control systems to optimize performance and reliability. Strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Installation: Oversee the installation of instrumentation systems, ensuring they are correctly implemented and integrated with existing systems at Generator and Turbine Locations.

Calibration and Maintenance: Perform calibration, testing, and maintenance of instrumentation systems to ensure accurate and reliable performance.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with instrumentation systems, including hardware and software malfunctions.

System Integration: Integrate new instrumentation systems with existing control systems of PCS of another contractor and WAPDA systems, ensuring compatibility and seamless operation.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for instrumentation systems, including red marks, modifications, maintenance records, material handling reports and calibration reports. Compliance: Ensure that all instrumentation systems comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.

Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of instrumentation projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering teams, technicians, and project managers to support project goals and deliverables.

Training: Provide training and support to team members and operators on the use and maintenance of instrumentation systems.

AEPL is managing the HR, Operations, Maintenance, EHS, Procurement, Permits and Licensing. Sheikhupura 150 MW Rental Power Project AEPL Supported its foreign associate GE Energy Rentals in erection and commissioning of 150MW Rental Project (7xTM2500) at Sheikhupura for Wapda. The project was completed in a record time of less than four months. AEPL provided services for Camp Buildup, Substation, Civil Works, Erection & Testing. Presently the Operations Staff of AEPL is supporting GE in O&M 225 MW Balloki Power Project AEPL is the Construction Contractor of 225MW Balloki Power Project. Notice to Proceed was issued to EP Contractor Skodaexport and C Contracor AEPL on December 30, 2005. The Project is based on 2x6FA Gas Turbines from GE in Combined Cycle Mode with Steam Turbine from Skodaexport and HRSGs from Alstom, Czech Republic. Currently Civil Works & Man Camp Construction are ongoing at site.GE has also signed 18 Years O&M Agreement with Orient Power Company (Pvt) Ltd. AEPL is supporting GE as variable Sales Channel.
