Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure all processes are executed efficiently.
Manage and coordinate the team of 10 personnel, providing training and guidance to promote a high-performance work environment.
Develop and implement inventory management procedures to enhance accuracy and reduce discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety training sessions for staff.
Monitor stock levels and implement effective replenishment strategies to maintain optimal inventory.
Coordinate with suppliers and freight carriers to facilitate the timely delivery of materials and products.
Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities and produce reports for upper management as required.

Assist in budgeting and cost management pertaining to warehouse operations.
