Receive and process cash payments, deposits, and withdrawals from patient.
Maintain accurate records of cash transactions.
Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly cash reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of cash balances
Handle cash-related inquiries and discrepancies, investigate root causes, and take corrective actions as needed
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements related to cash handling and financial reporting
Collaborate with finance teams to support month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and audit preparations
Assist in the development and implementation of cash management policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks
Stay informed about changes in banking regulations, payment technologies, and cash management solutions to recommend process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
