You will execute inventory audit, ensuring accurate stock levels, minimizing waste, and optimizing resource allocation to support high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive inventory audit plans, including cycle counts, physical inventories, and analysis of inventory records.
Conduct thorough investigations of inventory discrepancies, including root cause analysis and recommendations for corrective actions.
Monitor and track inventory adjustments and corrective actions implemented.
Collaborate with departments such as procurement, pharmacy, and stores to improve inventory management processes and controls.
Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and best practices for inventory management.
Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
Present audit findings to management and make recommendations for process improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in inventory auditing or a similar role in a healthcare setting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data analysis.
