Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts and storyboards for social media campaigns, videos, and photo shoots.
  • Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos at events, programs, and other nonprofit activities.
  • Manage and maintain an organized content library for easy access and future use.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for content distribution across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends, apply best practices, and suggest new strategies to grow our online presence.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to the creation of compelling written and visual content that tells the story of our mission, programs, and impact.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience managing social media platforms and creating content for them (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc…).
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in nonprofit organizations is a plus, but not required.
  • Passion for the mission of the organization and a strong commitment to social change.
