Job Type: Full-time - Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of web applications using the MERN stack.
Frontend Development:
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js.
- Implement new features and enhance existing ones to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Backend Development:
- Work on server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js to build scalable APIs and backend services.
- Integrate with external data sources and databases, primarily MongoDB, to manage data efficiently.
Code Quality and Best Practices:
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Perform regular code reviews and optimize application performance.
Bug Fixing and Troubleshooting:
- Identify and resolve bugs and issues reported by users or QA testers promptly.
- Conduct thorough debugging and testing to ensure robust functionality.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
Technology Research:
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in MERN stack technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance the development process.
Security and Performance:
- Implement security measures and performance optimization techniques to ensure the applications are secure, scalable, and efficient.
Requirements:
Frontend Skills:
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with modern frontend libraries and frameworks (e.g., Redux) is a plus.
Backend Skills:
- Proficient in server-side development with Node.js and Express.js.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and database management using MongoDB database, MongoDB Aggregation, MongoDB Events, MongoDB Indexing, Stream and Buffers, Multithreading, Clustering Node JS.
- Working with AWS EC2, Nginx server, Dynamically subdomains, Workthreads, Zalib, Process Managers & Express behind proxies.
Problem-Solving Abilities:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions to technical challenges.
Agile Development:
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
