Inventory:-
- Posting inventory documents (GRN, Work ticket, MIN, MSON, Etc.)
- Reconciliation of inventory ledgers.
- Coordination with Packing, Raw material and production personnel for the purpose of inventory recording and reconciliation.
- Responsible of timely posting in Peachtree
Sales:-
- Making dispatches & sales invoices.
- Before dispatches verify credit terms of customer.
Payments:-
- Making daily cash payment vouchers.
- Record vendors bill as per PO.
- Making vendor cheques in the absence of a senior accountant.
- Fill out deposit slips.
HR:-
- Record attendance data of temporary and office employees on excel.
- Maintain employee’s filling.
Approvals & Filling:-
- Taking BOD signature on all vouchers BPV, CPV, BRV, CRV, & JV.
- Filling all documents in files and updating filling list in Peachtree.
Journal General Entries:-
- Making Journal entries of salaries.
- Some adjustment entries.
Bank Reconciliation:-
- Perform bank reconciliation.
