Leading Foam/ Furniture brand requires a Production Engineer

Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven track record as Production Engineer

Qualifications: Chemical/ Plymer Engineer / DAE Mechanical

Job Description:

Plan control and evaluate the daily production as per the production plan
Ensure new material to be used meets the desired quality
Ensure the Production Plan is drafted as per demand set off by the supply chain, with periodic adjustments as & when required.
Ensure the quality of production at the plant (zero off-spec batches will a key KPI for this position)
Responsible for any debottlenecking at plant w.r.t new modifications executed at site
Ensuring Health, Safety, and Environment activities in plant premises.
Generating and maintaining different reports and analyses with regards to plant and production
Liaison with supply chain, purchase & maintenance departments in lieu with machine maintenance & material availability for production run
Candidates having chemical industry experience are encouraged to apply and will be preferred.
