Duties/Responsibilities:

Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.
Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.
Reviews the planning process and suggests improvements to current methods.
Overseas investment of funds and works with investment bankers to raise additional capital required for expansion.
Approving all financial reports, financial statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, government reports and company audits.
Overseeing all company budgets, expenses and projections.
Monitoring all expenses, deposits and payments.
Implementing financial policies.
Improving budgets, financial processes and methods, and ensuring efficiency in financial departments.
Coordinating with the CEO on all business decisions.
Studying economic trends to prepare for potential challenges or opportunities for the business.
Performing financial analysis to identify potential problems.
Identifying areas for growth and opportunity.
