This is a full-time on-site role for a Female Staff Hiring position at our Lahore location. The staff hiring role will involve managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and selecting qualified candidates. The role also includes screening resumes, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment and staff hiring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in using recruitment
Requirements and skills:
- Experience as an Email/Chat Support Agent or similar CSR role
- Familiarity with the packaging industry is plus
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Bachelor's degree in any field
Timing: 8.00 pm to 5.00.am Working Days: 5 days a week, Saturday and Sunday off
Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
