Duties and Responsibilities:

Work on a wide range of projects and media, visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
Obtain input from management and marketing team, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, and express ideas accurately
Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and self-scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
Develop eye-catching content templates that can be edited or customized to suit the needs of the project
Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video
Produce multiple pieces of content every day – social posts, digital ads, video assets, etc.
Develop concepts and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, branding and layout
Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on , brand identity, and social media creatives.
Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
5+ years’ experience (academic and/or professional) with design software, Adobe Creative Cloud including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop etc.
UI/UX Design knowledge is a plus
Proven experience with graphic design with a strong portfolio of work
Excellent communication skills
Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to prioritize and function efficiently with multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
You will be working in the office; this is NOT a remote position
