Process Optimization: Streamline and enhance end-to-end collection and receivable processes to ensure seamless operations. Implement best practices to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen relationships with clients. Resolve escalated issues and inquiries related to collections and receivables.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor team performance against targets. Generate comprehensive reports on collection and receivable metrics for senior management.
Credit Risk Management: Evaluate and assess credit risk associated with clients in the car rental industry. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate credit-related risks.
