We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Grocery Store Supervisor to join our team. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our grocery store, ensuring efficient workflow, exceptional customer service, and adherence to company policies and procedures
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Store Operations: Manage and supervise all aspects of the grocery store operations, including inventory management, stocking, customer service, clean and organized store environment.
Staff Management: Schedule and oversee the work of store staff. Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure optimal performance.
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels.
