Al Amal Telecommunications is seeking dynamic and customer-focused Call Centre Agents to join our team. If you have excellent communication skills and are passionate about providing top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet and exceed performance targets set by the management.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a call centre or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
