Responsibilities:
- Lead and Mentor Data Entry Specialists.
- Regularly check and validate data to keep everything accurate and reliable.
- Conduct QC&A: Review and audit data to maintain high standards and quickly fix any issues.
- Resolve Data Discrepancies and Implement Process Improvements.
- Create insightful reports on how the team is performing and how accurate our data is.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2-3 years of experience in data entry/quality assurance, with leadership role.
- Proficiency in data management software and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
