In this role, the HR Intern will assist with administrative tasks and support the HR department in our daily operations. While prior experience is beneficial, we welcome candidates who exhibit eagerness to learn and adapt. Ideal applicants are proficient in Microsoft Office and excel at time management. Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding processes by preparing orientation materials and assisting new hires with paperwork.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases for accuracy and compliance.
Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training sessions and seminars.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives, providing input and support as needed.
Help with employee engagement efforts, including organizing company events and activities.
Conduct research on HR best practices and trends to support team members' tasks.
Provide administrative support to various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations.
Respond to inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a professional manner.
Contribute creatively to the HR team's objectives and drive continuous improvement in HR functions.
