Experienced Senior Accountant required

Deliver monthly accounting responsibilities accurately and to agreed timelines

Main duties:

  • Bookkeeping using various accounting software (TaxCalc, Xero, Excel)
  • Prepare financial statements with disclosures required under FRS-105 and FRS-102
  • Corporation Tax returns.
  • Sole trader Accounts and Self assessment tax returns.
  • Prepare VAT returns according to UK VAT legislation
  • Possibly Payroll
  • Prepare management accounts
  • Draft letters, emails and other necessary documents for correspondence

Qualifications & Experience Requirement:

  • ACCA Affiliate, CA Qualified

Skills and experience:

  • Must have experience in practice accounting and preparing financial statements.
  • Expertise in Xero, Sage 50, QuickBooks
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a reputable accountancy firm.

Job Type: Part time, Contract, Hourly rate.

Salary range: 1500 RP per Hour.
