We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Define the most important social media KPIs
Manage and oversee social media content, ensuring high-quality visuals, engaging text, and consistent brand voice
Measure the success of every social media campaign and provide regular reports with actionable insights
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency
Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
Attend educational conferences and workshops when necessary
Train and mentor junior staff or interns, if applicable
