We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic social media marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing innovative graphics and creating engaging video content tailored to our diverse clientele. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about storytelling through visual media.

Design compelling and visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Create, edit, and produce high-quality video content, including reels, stories, animations, and promotional videos.
Collaborate with the social media marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns aligned with clients' branding and objectives.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, design techniques, and content formats to create innovative visuals.
Ensure that all visual content adheres to the brand guidelines of individual clients.
Optimize designs and videos for various platforms to maximize engagement and reach.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Design Expertise:
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Video Editing Skills:
- Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Ability to create animations and motion graphics.
- Experience in editing content specifically for social media platforms (e.g., vertical videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok).
Social Media Knowledge:
- Familiarity with the best practices for creating content for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Understanding of current social media trends and viral content formats.
Creativity and Storytelling:
- Ability to conceptualize and execute visually engaging stories that captivate the target audience.
- Strong creative vision and ability to adapt to different styles and brand aesthetics.
Technical Proficiency:
- Basic knowledge of photography and videography is a plus.
- Experience in using scheduling tools and understanding content optimization for social platforms.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
