Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an HR Associate at Aeon & Trisl Real Estate - Pakistan in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and selection processes.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
- Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with policies.
- Assist with training and development initiatives.
- Handle employee queries and solve HR-related issues.
- Coordinate with other departments for HR-related tasks.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage off-boarding processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. (Not enrolled in master and requires work experience first)
- Previous HR experience. (1 - 1.5 year)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HR software and employment law.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
