The potential candidate will be required to operate in a multifaceted role requiring:

1) Growth Enabler:

  • Developing and Implementing Strategic Growth Plans for multiple geographies.
  • Work with the Managing director to identify the key areas of growth and develop a plan to achieve those goals.
  • Client Acquisition: identify and target potential clients that fit the firm's service offerings and expertise. This may involve developing a sales pitch, creating marketing materials, and establishing relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Relationship Management: The individual is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services or projects.
  • Creating, Implementing, and managing all sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Expanding into new markets or improving existing processes and systems.
  • Identify the areas of improvement and implement the necessary changes to achieve growth. The individual may be provided with additional team members to help execute the aforementioned responsibilities in a team.

2) Digital Presence creation:

  • Developing marketing strategy- creating and posting relevant infographics, news articles, insights, and other marketing materials 3-4 times a week on LinkedIn and Website.
  • Creating high-quality content such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies that showcase the firm's expertise and thought leadership.
  • Launching and managing Google Ads for different geographies

3) Sales Representative:

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Generate leads, following up with potential customers.

4) Experience in Consulting Industry

5) Knowledge of Middle East / GCC / Saudi Arabia

The representative will need to have excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport with potential customers quickly, and the tenacity to handle rejection and overcome objections.

The candidate will be required keep required to sell feasibility studies, business valuations, strategy advisory, financial due diligence, and mergers and acquisition-related services, which are essential for any start-up or large corporation.
