We are is seeking a motivated and skilled HR Officer to manage and support the local team in Islamabad while also collaborating with the HR team in London to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing HR tasks across two offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Local HR Management (Islamabad):

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management for the Islamabad team.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide HR support to the local team as required.

Remote HR Support (London Office):

  • Assist the HR team in London with recruitment processes, including shortlisting and interviews.
  • Support performance management initiatives and HR operations for London staff.
  • Collaborate on policy development and ensure consistent implementation across both offices.

Operational Support:

  • Handle employee queries and provide timely resolutions for HR-related concerns.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and provide insights to management.
  • Ensure strong spoken and written communication between Islamabad and London offices.

Technology & Systems:

  • Utilize HR software and tools for managing records and workflows.
  • Ensure IT proficiency to handle remote communication and documentation effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, including exposure to remote or international teams.

Skills:

  • Strong spoken and written English skills are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in IT and HR software tools.
