We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Associate to join our dynamic accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day accounts receivable operations of the company, supporting the accounting department with tasks such as invoicing, payment processing, data entry, record-keeping, and follow-up on outstanding invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
Perform data entry and bookkeeping tasks including reconciling accounts, setting up projects, processing invoices, and marking payments.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Help with accounts receivable functions.
Reconcile accounts receivables accounts
Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and records.
Assist in monitoring the company’s compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding financial data.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 0-2 years of relevant accounting experience
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., Oracle, Netsuite) is an asset.
