Responsibilities:
Bulk Hiring: Facilitate end-to-end recruitment processes for bulk hiring needs across various departments.
Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking, to source high-quality candidates. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Interviews: Conduct interviews, both telephonic and in-person, to assess candidate suitability for the position. Coordinate and manage interview schedules.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with business objectives.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, including candidate profiles, interview evaluations, and feedback.
Reporting: Generate and present regular recruitment reports to track key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: Fresh
