We are seeking an experienced Educational Counselor to join our team on a percentage-based compensation model. The counselor will focus on guiding students for study opportunities in Europe, USA, and Australia.

Skills Required:

Expert Knowledge of International Education Systems:

  • Understanding of admission processes, visa requirements, and scholarship opportunities in Europe, USA, and Australia.

Counseling and Communication Skills:

  • Ability to counsel students and parents about the best-fit universities, programs, and countries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication to guide clients effectively.

Sales and Negotiation Skills:

  • Strong ability to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with clients.

Organizational Skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple applications, deadlines, and follow-ups efficiently.

Problem-Solving Abilities:

  • Guide students through challenges in documentation, applications, and visa procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students about study options in Europe, USA, and Australia.
  • Assist in completing applications, documentation, and visa processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of university admissions and requirements.
  • Meet targets by successfully guiding students to enrollment.

Compensation:

  • Percentage-based salary depending on successful enrollments.
