As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving their inquiries efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide timely and accurate information on products and services
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through problem-solving steps
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally

Issue Resolution:

  • Identify and escalate complex issues to relevant teams for resolution
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved

Knowledge Base Management:

  • Contribute to and maintain our knowledge base to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build strong relationships with customers through positive interactions

Requirements:
