- Consult with customers about products or services.
- Analyze what the customer wants/needs.
- Receive customer calls of requests for services.
- Answer calls and respond to customer requests.

- Follow up accurately and in a timely manner with potential customers.
- Maintain all location road maps and addresses to guide the customers about specific locations.
- Provide an appropriate contact number to the customer for their convenience.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
