Maintain cleanliness of the office, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and keeping common areas, kitchens, and restrooms tidy.

Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Ensure office supplies are stocked and report any shortages.
Assist with setting up meeting rooms, including preparing beverages and arranging seating.
Handle the delivery and collection of documents, mail, and packages.
Support the administrative team with filing, photocopying, and other routine office tasks.
Ensure office equipment, such as printers and fax machines, is well-maintained and report any issues.
Assist with the general upkeep of the office and support staff as needed.
