IT support intern is responsible for all IT/Network related matters; he is directly reported to Executive Officer –

IT, his responsibilities are

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network operating system
Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software resources
Maintain a log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance
Make recommendations about the purchase of technology resources.
To assist the Executive Officer – OT in installing workstations, software
Maintain network accounts and passwords as required
Input and maintain IP addresses
Advise staff of security breaches and/or changes in password or security status
Ensure hardware is stripped and secured before disposal
Taking Care Of All Servers Remote Connectivity
Perform Wall soft monthly closing of remote locations
Maintain And Install Camera Camera’s Local Recording Local View at the head office and branches.
Purchasing, deploying, and installing of new hardware.
Look After Our Remote E-mail Server
Install E-mail Client To End User.
