Audit Planning:

Develop audit plans and programs based on risk assessment.
Define audit objectives, scope, and methodology.

Audit Execution:

Perform audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes.
Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
Identify gaps, weaknesses, and risks in current processes

Reporting:

Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, observations, and recommendations.
Present audit results to management and suggest corrective actions.

Compliance Monitoring:

Ensure adherence to internal policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Monitor the implementation of corrective actions.

Risk Assessment:

Assist in identifying and assessing risks across departments.
Provide insights to enhance the organization’s risk management practices.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with management and staff to promote a culture of compliance.
Provide guidance on improving operational efficiency and reducing risks.
