Audit Planning and Execution

Develop and implement an annual audit plan based on risk assessments.
Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits across all departments.
Review and assess internal controls, processes, and procedures.

Risk Assessment

Identify and evaluate risks within the organization.
Recommend measures to mitigate identified risks.

Reporting

Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
Present audit results to senior management and the board as required.

Compliance

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes affecting the business.

Follow-Up

Monitor the implementation of corrective actions based on audit findings.
Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Support and Advisory

Provide advice and guidance to management on risk and control measures.
Assist in developing and refining internal policies and procedures.
