The HR Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department. This role ensures smooth execution of HR processes, including attendance management, employee documentation, payroll coordination, compliance, and administrative tasks. The candidate should be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to support the department’s operational efficiency
HR Policy Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws.
- Assist in policy updates and communicate any policy changes to employees.
Employee Grievances & Support:
- Address employee concerns regarding payroll, attendance, and HR services.
- Facilitate grievance handling and escalate issues to HR management when needed.
Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process by tracking timelines and documentation.
- Assist line managers with performance improvement plans (PIPs) when necessary.
HR Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on attendance, payroll, and HR operations.
- Provide data insights to management for decision-making purposes.
Training & Development Coordination:
- Support the arrangement of internal/external training sessions.
- Maintain records of employee training and certifications.
