Recruitment and Selection:

Assist in posting job openings on various job portals and the company website.
Screen resumes and coordinate with candidates for interviews.
Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in preparing and sending offer letters and employment contracts.

Employee Onboarding:

Help organize new hire orientation and ensure all necessary onboarding documentation is completed.
Prepare welcome kits and necessary materials for new employees.
Ensure new hires are integrated into the company culture smoothly.

HR Records and Documentation:

Help maintain and update employee records, both in physical and digital formats.Assist in tracking attendance, leaves, and employee records for payroll processing.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure data security.
