Transaction Management:

Perform currency exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, and transfers as required by customers.
Ensure proper counting and verification of currency during all transactions.
Maintain updated knowledge of current exchange rates and communicate them clearly to customers.

Customer Service:

Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries and transactions.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the Branch Manager.

Cash Handling & Security:

Balance cash drawers at the start and end of each shift.
Safeguard all cash and ensure compliance with security protocols.
Monitor and detect counterfeit currency and report suspicious activities.

Compliance & Reporting:

Adhere to anti-money laundering (AML) and compliance regulations.
Prepare and submit daily transaction reports to the Branch Manager.
Maintain accurate transaction logs and customer identification records as per company policy.
