We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in customer relationship management and excellent communication skills. This role involves managing and enhancing our interactions with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective customer relationship management strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee the CRM system and ensure it is effectively used by the team to manage customer interactions and data.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports on CRM metrics and customer satisfaction to senior management.
- Train and support team members in using the CRM system and following best practices.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in Travel Agency.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
