We are looking for an Accounts officer who must have experience in accounting software (QuickBooks ).

Must have knowledge of basic accounting standards
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel/word/Power point.
To maintain tax record/files of purchase invoices, sales invoices, purchase register supplier wise, sales register customer wise and stock register item wise
Knowledge of bank statement reconciliation
Knowledge of supplier/customer statement reconciliation
Experience in preparation of financial statements.
Managing the day to day accounting transactions
Managing the accounts payable/receivable
Reporting to Accounts Manager.
Any other task assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related field.
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel.
Experience with an audit firm is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
