4Sight Finance Service Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills and is proficient in statistical analysis, data visualization, SQL, and programming languages such as Python and R. The Data Analyst plays a critical role in assessing data quality, designing data integration plans, and collaborating with the internal risk control team to develop effective strategies for leveraging local data in risk control models. This position does not involve team management, but it requires a proactive attitude and effective communication skills to liaise with local data providers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Establish and maintain relationships with local data providers to ensure timely and accurate data integration.
Address issues during the data integration process, optimizing data utilization consistently.
Assess data quality from data providers, ensuring compliance with the company's risk control standards.
Design and implement comprehensive data integration plans for smooth and secure data flow to the risk control system.
Collaborate with the internal risk control team to define application strategies for local data within risk control models.
Participate in compliance reviews of data usage, ensuring adherence to local laws and regulations.
Analyze large data sets to uncover patterns and insights that inform decision-making.
Utilize SQL and programming languages like Python and R to manipulate and analyze data effectively.
Create and maintain data visualization tools and dashboards to present analytical findings clearly and concisely.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest data analysis tools and techniques.
