Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will work in our marketing team, working on a broad range of tasks. You will work predominately on digital marketing projects but will also get the change to assist with events and research.

What will you be doing:

Tou will be:

Drafting, scheduling and obtaining sign off for all social media posts
Managing our social media communities.
Managing and building our content collateral bank.
Contributing towards our digital marketing strategy.
Working closely with internal teams to obtain new content and ideas for digital campaigns across socials, website, blog and email platforms.
Liaising with our website developments on changes and updates.
Managing diary of events and helping to organize meetings and events.
Monitoring analytics and KPI’s for all digital marketing activities.

Skills for success:

Tech-savvy.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficiency with numbers - ability to collect and understand data/information.
Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and design programmes (Canva experience would be a benefit).
Experience with email marketing platforms or using a CMS or CRM system is a plus.
Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
Knowledge or interest in the energy efficiency sector is an advantage
