Position Overview:
As a Customer Service/Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products/services. In addition, you'll actively engage in sales efforts to promote our offerings and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email.
Provide accurate information about products/services and assist with product selection.
Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
Maintain a deep understanding of company products/services to effectively promote and upsell to customers.
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals through proactive sales techniques.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, generating new sales opportunities.
Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system
Continuously improve knowledge of products/services and industry trends

Requirements:
