We are currently expanding our team and seeking a motivated UK Mobility Dialer Agent to join us.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the UK, introducing them to our range of mobility solutions.
  • Gather and update customer information accurately in the database.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
  • Schedule appointments for interested customers to speak with our mobility specialists.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volume, appointment set, and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in outbound calling or telemarketing, preferably in the mobility industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with UK mobility products and services is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable using dialer systems
