Senior Manager Marketing Operations

360factors, Inc, the leading cloud-based compliance and risk solutions company is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to join the 360factors team and oversee all marketing processes and operations. You will have a hands-on role in crafting strategy and best practices and will provide support to other members of the team in executing campaigns via the company’s CRM (Infusionsoft and Zoho).

This role will continue the growth of the business through a marketing and sales perspective. You must have a team mentality and work to make sure that every lead is accounted for in this process. You will be the point person for our Director of Marketing which means you will also be engaged with our VP of Sales and CEO. With our executive team based in Austin Texas, this role will demonstrate effective leadership to the marketing and sales teams in Karachi and is a key member of the senior leadership team for 360factors’ Pakistan office.

Responsibilities:

· Lead our demand generation team and ensure a seamless transition through our entire lead generation cycle is met to support sales in closing opportunities while also supporting our customer retention programs

· Manage all marketing communication touch points (website, emails, collateral, blogs, webinars, trade shows and events) for all 360factors products and solutions

· Manage the website, SEO, PPC, social media, and affiliates

· Manage cross-functional projects (includes product marketing services with IT)

· Work closely with marketing, sales and customer service teams

· Maintain relationships with marketing partners and subcontractors

Education and Experience:

· A bachelor’s degree in business or related technical field; MBA or advanced business degree a plus

· 4+ years of experience in marketing enterprise software applications, preferable SaaS/cloud-based organizations

· 2+ years of directly managing and leading a team of marketing personnel

· Must have an executive presence and be comfortable with presenting to our executive team

· Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Zoho and Infusionsoft preferred)

· Background in B2b marketing, specifically with a SaaS solution and enterprise software

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
