We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Verifiers to join our dynamic team. As a Verifier, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of data while working in a professional and rewarding environment that fosters growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct verification of sales and customer data to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain strict quality control standards for call recordings and client information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to confirm leads and handle queries related to verification.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve processes and efficiency.
- Ensure timely completion of daily verification tasks.
- Follow all company policies and maintain confidentiality of client data.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Verifier in a BPO or similar environment.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is a plus.
