We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our clinic on a part-time basis from 5pm to 9pm, Monday through Saturday. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing exceptional dental care and building strong patient relationships. Success in this role involves delivering high-quality treatments, enhancing patient satisfaction, and contributing to the clinic's growth through excellent communication and professional demeanor. This position offers a commission/shared-based salary package and provides an opportunity to be a key member of our dental team.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and create effective treatment plans.
Conduct routine and complex dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients to encourage regular visits and ongoing dental care.
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care to promote good dental hygiene practices.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Stay updated with the latest dental practices, technologies, and industry trends.
Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all clinic policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Valid state dental license.
Proven experience as a General Dentist, with a minimum of 1-2 years in practice preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and satisfaction.
High level of manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
