WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO

Providing technical support for a range of hardware and software issues
Troubleshooting more complex technical problems
Escalating issues to higher level support as needed
Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of User interactions and support actions
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Staying up-to-date on new technologies and products.

WHAT WE NEED

Understanding of computers, networks and software.
Understanding of Software Development and troubleshooting.
Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer science or electronics or highr.
Experience using MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
High attention to detail
Ability and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
Good troubleshooting skills
Good Knowledge installing Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
Good communication skills
Ability to multitask
Problem-solving skills
